The North Dakota Department of Agriculture announces the winners of the 2009 North Dakota Agriculture Photo Contest.

North Dakota residents were invited to submit photographs depicting the diversity of North Dakota farming and ranching throughout the year.

One photo was chosen from each of the six following categories:

	Ranching Dawn Martin Beulah
Crops JoAnn Ensrud Pekin
	Livestock Cherie Roshau Dickinson
People Donna Opoien Pekin
	Agricultural Landscape Lorne Reimer Cavalier

Winning photographers will each receive $50 to be presented at
a special ceremony during National Agriculture Week 2009 and
winning photographs will be used in department publications.
